Wolff Architect’s latest new build project is located on Sheldon Avenue within the London Borough of Haringey, within the Highgate Conservation Area. The existing house has been demolished and the new build is now under construction.

A 5,800 sq ft, 2 storey brick Flemish Bond detailed dwelling with an arts and craft influenced approach to the design.   The house includes large ground floor reception rooms, a media room, gym, attic rooms, attached garage with additional off street parking and large bedrooms, each with en-suites.  Brick columns and arched entrance way, with a set-back central front door, continues the arts and craft style of the house.  A landscaped garden will give access to leisure facilities at the rear.

The project is due for completion early 2020.
